Sydney Restaurant Group’s Executive Chef Adam Spencer has prepared a menu to make your Christmas day celebrations a breeze. Make this year memorable with restaurant quality dining at home. All you have to do is add the final touches.

Most dishes are already cooked and only require reheating.  Few dishes will require cooking by following simple instructions to ensure the best possible quality.

 

 

Set menu serves 6-10 people*
$630 - $875

  • Maple glazed ham

  • Slow cooked lamb shoulder

  • Potato salad with crab, salmon roe and chives

  • Cured ocean trout with raspberries and yuzu creme fresh

  • Broccolini with feta, fresh chilli and olive crumb

  • Cauliflower and truffle cheese bake

  • Baked pumpkin with pepitas, hazelnuts and sherry vinegar

  • Roast brussel sprouts with pancetta and balsamic glaze

  • Blueberry and kaffir lime tart


    *Box for 10 people includes 2 lamb shoulders and extra portions of other dishes to serve 10

 

 

How to order

Order before Wednesday 18th December 5pm (only available until sold out).

Pick up from your nearest venue on Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24th December.

All dishes are already cooked and only require serving or reheating.
